Magneton aloft

Because I really want to draw a Magneton ^_^. Thye were awesome pokemon once upon a time, and look way better than their evo. And yes, it is shiny, because they look coo in an odd way. I was concerned that the magnets would be an issue, and I was right, eventually I got it right though. I thought the best setting would be the sky because that way it could gather electricity from the atmosphere to charge itself, plus it just looked different.
